If there are repeated federal criminal acts by one class of law enforcement officials, or in actuality, uninvestigated claims of proof of such criminal acts, why would the United States Department of Justice drag its feet and refuse to openly or to privately discuss these most important claims?
This will be a continuing revelation to open to the light the failures of three successive US Attorneys General in doing any act that resemble good faith in completing prosecutorial discretion. Prosecutorial discretion is unrelated to political stone walling, which politics, of the worst and most venal sort, seems to be the only possible basis for the stonewalling.
It is almost a decade of failure by the successive administration of the Department of Justice, from Janet Reno, curiously a Florida prosecuting official prior to her elevation, John Ashcroft, a Republican politico who failed in many ways to reshape the US DoJ, and Alberto Gonzales, a Texas politico, who ironically made some yearn for former U.S. Sen. Ashcroft to return to the helm.
This blog will be dedicated to enlightening the current newest Bush U.S. Attorney General Michael B. Mukasey, confirmed on November 8, 2007, and sworn in the next day, of the importance of prosecution of the most powerful public officials of our nation, who have, as will be discussed and displayed here, few checks and balances beyond their branch of state government:

Judges
A small copy of the second letter to our new US AG is shown above and will be mailed on the day after Christmas, 2007. Time will tell if the man is a politician or a patriot. It can not be suggested that so many judges and so many putatively criminal acts can be ignored by the only government agency able to stop what appears to be broad corruption in the State of Florida juridical system, undertaken for the obvious pecuniary venal purposes.
